Chapter 6 “Resolve to Love Your Wife”:
Our wives need our love and
they need to know that they are important in our lives. We need our wives just
as much as they need us. They need that loving and caring interaction that
makes them feel important but also that they are being guided in the right
direction spiritually. We should never be tempted by or lust for anyone but our
wives. It destroys family and trust that can never be rebuilt. I know from
experience the pain of an unfaithful marriage as does my wife. On December 8,
2007, I committed to her and will remain committed to her until I die.
Scripture: “Marriage
is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for
fornicators and adulterers God will judge.” (Hebrews 13:4)
