Chapter 14: Resolve to be Found Faithful:
Temptation is around every
corner. Sin is knocking on our doorstep every day! We have a duty to God, the
Church and our family to walk humbly and faithfully before God. It is hard to
do because we were born into a world of sin. We were cursed from the day we
were born to be faced with and act in sin. When we sin, we should seek His forgiveness.
God understands that we will sin but He wants us to seek his forgiveness! That
is the reason that he sent His one and only son to live and die for our sins.
We must do what we can to remain faithful to Him and the church but at the same
time; we must guide our families in the same way.
Scripture: Worthy
our You, our Lord and Our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You
created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created. –
Revelation 4:11
How am I to be found faithful? I am not without sin. I need to seek His forgiveness
and use my sin as a lesson and not repeat it. I need to confess my sins to my
wife and ask her forgiveness because without that; how am I truly being faithful.
